We operate as a US-market company. This page does not publish a street address. When a mailing address is available for notices, it will be added here.
Information you give us
If you submit the strategy form, we collect the fields you complete: name, business email, company, website, monthly advertising budget, the service you are interested in, the platforms you use, and your message.
We use that information to read the request, reply, and decide whether a conversation makes sense. We do not sell this information. We do not use it to build advertising audiences on this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most sites, our host may log IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages requested. We use those logs to keep the site reliable and to investigate abuse. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this marketing site.

How long we keep it
Strategy requests are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Server logs are kept according to the host’s normal retention. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing hello@adcraftmedia.com. We may retain a copy if we need it for security, legal, or accounting reasons.
Who else handles it
Email delivery and website hosting process the information so the site can function. They are service providers, not a list we rent. If we ever add an analytics tool, this policy will name it before it collects data.
Your choices
You can decline the form and email us instead. Depending on where you live in the United States, state privacy laws may give you the right to ask what we hold, to ask for a correction, or to appeal a refusal. This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
